Can you really come today?
Same-day happens when a truck and crew are open, which is most weekdays if you call before noon. If not, you get the first slot tomorrow and we tell you that up front.
Do you quote from photos or in person?
Both. One wide photo per area is usually enough for a same-day estimate. Whole-property and unusually large jobs get an on-site look first.
Do I need to move anything outside?
No. Show us where things are and the route out. Stairs, elevators and long carries are part of the quote.
What about items I want to keep?
Tag them or point them out. Anything you mark stays untouched.
