Estimates & scheduling.
Starting an inquiry
A text or form submission starts a conversation about your project. It does not book a visit, dispatch a crew or confirm a price.
Quotes and project scope
Photos can help establish straightforward junk pickup quotes. Larger projects generally need an in-person estimate. Review the work, materials, access, cleanup and any exclusions in the project quote before agreeing to proceed. Changes to the work or newly discovered conditions may require a revised scope and quote.
Same-day availability
Same-day service may be available, depending on the service type, location and schedule. We will confirm availability when you contact us. Major improvement projects are scheduled according to their scope; an inquiry does not promise same-day completion.
Confirmed appointments
Tell us your preferred times. Visits and work are scheduled only when Trustie confirms the arrangement with you. Weather, access and project conditions may affect the plan; discuss any timing requirements before scheduling.
Project coordination
Adam handles customer communication, quotes, coordination and payments. Independent contractors carry out fieldwork. Ask about the people and responsibilities involved in your specific project before work begins.
